We are not your average catering or bartending service, we bring to your event an unforgettable experience for your guests. Whether it’s our bottomless charcuterie event service or our 5 ft mobile bar and signature cocktails, your party will be a conversation piece for a long time.
We source our charcuterie local and organic when possible. It is very important to us that we support other small local businesses. You have got to try our honey, sourced from local honey businesses. Our charcuterie cart has 12 holes in it and you get to customize those items from our menu! We serve up tasty nibbles to your guests on boards, unless you prefer cups, boxes, or plates.
We offer dry hire mobile bartending services. Which means you provide the alcohol and we do everything else. Perfect for weddings, parties, corporate events, and everything in between, we roll in with our gorgeous 5 ft mobile bar set up and ready to serve. Whether you’re dreaming of a casual neighborhood mingler or a high-end wedding celebration, Graze & Go adds that extra splash of charm and personality your event deserves. We bring the bar, the vibes, and the good times—just let us know when and where!
How I got started in this business…
Graze & Go PDX was an inspiration I got from providing floral designs at many weddings in the last 8 years. These events vary from intimate dinner parties, small and large weddings to galas with over hundreds of guests. My friendly personality, cool Romanian accent – yes I am 100% born and raised Romanian, and friendly smile will greet you at your event. See you at the cart!
